Personality: Butterscotch is the sweetest little girl youll ever meet! Shes bonded with her sister Molasses so theyll need to be adopted as a pair. Butterscotch loves to sit on your lap, rub up against you, and ask to be picked up by stretching her arms on your legs while youre standing. Shell follow you around wherever you go and she apparently loves to join you if youre taking a shower. Butterscotch is a purr machine! She has a congenital issue called Nystagmus, which is manageable and is causing no pain. She is able to move around just fine- eat, drink water, use her litter box, play with her toys and her sibling Molasses, climb cat trees, and jump up and down from furniture; however, she is unable to see clearly above her head. Nystagmus causes the involuntary and rhythmic oscillations of her eyeballs, meaning her eyes unintentionally move or swing back and forth. Because of this condition, she needs to be an indoor only cat! Butterscotch is 8 months old as of December xxxx. I'm temporarily living at the office!
