NOV xxxx: Wonderfully loving, Sweetie Pie is 1-1/2 years old, weighing 7#. She is very playful with other dogs and her person. Sweetie Pie is companionable, loves to be cuddled, and has learned to walk on leash and harness. She doesn't like wearing anything but the coat she grew herself--can chew through a harness and even a collar. She is microchipped, but has chewed up her plastic collar tag. What a character! Our adoption procedure is as follows: *Visit www.wrenyorkierescue.org to print an adoption and Foster agmt from or *Email [email removed] to get your forms * Complete and return the application so we can know your expectations *Application will be reviewed, personal and vet references will be checked *A phone call to the potential adopting home will be made and/or emails sent with further questions. * Home visit with the dog will be scheduled and completed * Dog may be left on a foster/trial adoption period of 4 to 6 weeks to see how it fits in * Final home visit & transfer of guardianship papers to be signed at end of trial period, at which point the dog will be yours to cherish and care for all his life
